early closinglimited menu
The bar opening times were a joke. i mean, who closes a bar at 9 pm? it seemed like a punishment. and don't even get me started on the food menu. It was too fancy for a holiday resort, and my wallet definitely felt lighter afterwards. the swimming pool was nice, but having to book a slot? spontaneity died that day.

underwhelming stay
untrained staffunprofessional behavior
the bar staff seemed undertrained. i asked for the food menu and a worker said it wasn't ready yet. they then folded napkins for 30 minutes instead of doing their job. another staff member threw a tantrum, slamming things, a bad scene when i had my child with me.

fantastic stay
clean caravanfriendly staffpeaceful atmosphere
The caravan was very clean! the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the welcome box of goodies for my dog upon arrival. the caravan's layout provided ample space between units. the park overall was quiet.
the caravan i booked lacked a promised balcony or decking area, only one in our area.

The swimming pool looked very clean. I observed guests enjoying it during allocated time slots, which seemed well-managed. there is also a small playground for children, near the clubhouse, it looked safe and well-kept.

the clubhouse food impressed me, and i found the prices reasonable. i saw many families enjoying meals there, the atmosphere looked relaxed and family-friendly. the bar service seemed efficient, the staff were readily available to take orders.
